Nancy Hayes is a pharmaceutical industry executive and executive search leader with more than 25 years of experience driving strategic growth, market access innovation, and organizational leadership across the life sciences industry. As Co-founder and Managing Partner of Access Talent Partners, she specializes in executive search and talent advisory services focused on Market Access, payer strategy, HEOR, and health system engagement within pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.

Prior to launching Access Talent Partners, Nancy held multiple senior leadership positions at GSK and Boehringer Ingelheim, where she led national and global initiatives spanning payer strategy, managed markets, marketing, commercialization, health systems, and account management. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams, developed award-winning market access strategies, and partnered closely with executive leadership to navigate complex and evolving healthcare landscapes.

Nancy brings a unique combination of operational leadership experience and executive recruiting expertise, allowing her to understand both the strategic business needs of life sciences organizations and the leadership capabilities required to drive performance. She is recognized for her ability to cultivate trusted relationships, identify transformative talent, and align organizations with leaders who can accelerate growth and market impact.

She holds an MBA from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University and has completed advanced executive development programs through Harvard and Wharton.

Michael “Mike” Grillot is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Access Talent Partners, a niche executive search and talent advisory firm specializing in Market Access recruitment within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. With decades of experience across pharmaceutical sales, account management, specialty pharmacy, payer strategy, and executive recruiting, Mike brings a uniquely informed perspective to identifying and placing high-impact talent in today’s evolving healthcare landscape.

Throughout his career, Mike has built trusted relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, health plans, providers, and commercial leaders, giving him deep insight into the complexities of Market Access, HEOR, Pricing & Reimbursement, Field Access, and commercial strategy organizations. His industry expertise allows him to partner closely with both emerging and established biotech and pharmaceutical organizations to support organizational growth, launch readiness, and leadership development.

Prior to co-founding Access Talent Partners, Mike held leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline, where he successfully managed national account relationships, negotiated payer contracts, collaborated across multiple therapeutic areas, and led high-performing teams. He is a five-time President’s Club award winner and was recognized nationally as Account Manager of the Year by a major health plan.
